Five stages from the first call to a running system. At every one you know what is happening and how long it takes.

2–3 daysWe get on a call and walk through the process you want automated, then define what exactly counts as the result.
02Estimate and contract
3–5 daysScope, timeline and price are fixed in the contract. Once signed, the price does not change.
03Interface prototype
1–2 weeksYou see how the system will look before any code is written. Changes at this stage cost nothing.
04Development
from 4 weeksWe work in two-week sprints. Each one ends with a working build you can open and try.
05Rollout and support
ongoingWe migrate the data, train your staff and hand over the source code and documentation. Support continues under contract.
