01Who processes your data

The data controller is GloryHub, a software development team and AstanaHub resident.

02What we collect

Through the contact form you provide us with:

• your name — so we know how to address you;
• company name — optional, it helps us understand the context;
• phone and email — at least one of the two, otherwise we cannot reply;
• your message — a description of your task.

03What is collected automatically

The site uses Yandex.Metrica. It collects anonymised technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referrer, pages viewed, and on-page behaviour (including Webvisor, which records cursor movement, clicks and scrolling).

Your browser stores only the selected interface language locally. That is not personal data and is never transmitted.

04Why we need it

We use the data solely to:

• reply to your enquiry and discuss the task;
• prepare a proposal and a timeline estimate;
• correspond with you about the project;
• understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.

05Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form. Without consent the form is not submitted.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@gloryhub.kz. Once withdrawn, we stop processing and delete the data.

06Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our team via Telegram, which means the data passes through Telegram Messenger servers.

Anonymised visit statistics are processed by Yandex.Metrica on Yandex servers.

The servers of these services are located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, so the data crosses the border. We do not sell data, do not pass it to advertising networks, and do not use it for mailings you did not sign up for.

07How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 3 years from the date of contact — enough for the project work and any follow-up. After that the data is deleted.

If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so within 10 business days and confirm the deletion by email.

08Cookies and analytics

Yandex.Metrica sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can disable them in your browser settings or with a blocker extension — the site will keep working, we simply will not see the visit in our statistics.

09Your rights

Regarding your data, you may:

• ask what data about you we hold;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• file a complaint with the authorised personal data protection body of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

10How we protect it

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to the staff working on projects. We do not publish the contents of enquiries and do not show them to third parties without your consent.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this document — for example, when we connect a new service. The current date is shown at the top of the page. We do not apply material changes retroactively to data already collected.
