Custom Web Application Development

Customer portals, CRMs, dashboards and SaaS platforms — complex logic that holds under load

A web application differs from a website in that people work inside it rather than read it. A customer portal, a dispatcher console, an accounting system, a live dashboard — this is software that needs deliberate architecture, roles and permissions, an audit trail and resilience under load.

We have been building these since 2019. Our RailDisplay platform holds real-time connections to thousands of station displays; FCS monitors fuel across industrial sites. We apply that experience at any scale, from a portal for a hundred customers to an industry-wide platform.

What we build

Customer portals

Accounts for clients, partners or staff: requests, documents, statuses, transaction history, payments — integrated with your accounting system so nothing is entered twice.

CRM and record systems

For when off-the-shelf tools do not match the process and spreadsheets have run out of room. We build around your actual process, not the other way round.

Dashboards and analytics

Data from multiple sources in one panel: charts, reports, exports, and alerts when something drifts out of range.

SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant products with plans, subscriptions, billing and tenant data isolation. We help take an idea from MVP to paying customers.

Real-time systems

Applications where data must update instantly: monitoring, dispatch, trading panels, collaboration. WebSocket architecture for thousands of concurrent connections.

Integration layers

Connecting systems that do not talk: 1C, ERP, hardware, third-party APIs, government services — one layer where everything meets on defined terms.

How we work

  1. 01Stage

    Analysis

We map the process being automated: who is involved, what roles exist, where the bottlenecks are. Output is a written set of scenarios and system boundaries.

    1–2 weeks
  2. 02Stage

    Architecture and prototype

Data model, service topology, permission model, plus a clickable interface prototype before development starts.

    1–2 weeks
  3. 03Stage

    MVP

A working core — the minimum that proves the hypothesis and can be used in earnest. Usually 30–40% of the final scope.

    4–8 weeks
  4. 04Stage

    Iterations

Two-week cycles adding functionality, each ending in a demo and a re-prioritisation based on your feedback.

    as agreed
  5. 05Stage

    Load and security

Load testing, permission audit, backups and monitoring — before users ever touch the system.

    1–2 weeks
  6. 06Stage

    Rollout and support

Deployment, staff training, technical support and further development under SLA.

Development cost

Web applications are not priced from a rate card — scope depends on roles, scenarios and integrations. Realistic ranges below; a firm number comes after the analysis phase.

MVP

from 3,500,000 ₸

2–3 months

  • One or two user roles
  • One core scenario end to end
  • Basic admin panel
  • Authentication and permissions
  • Deployment on your server
  • Source code handed over

Production system

from 8,000,000 ₸

4–6 months

  • Multiple roles and fine-grained permissions
  • Third-party integrations
  • Reports and exports
  • User action audit log
  • Load testing
  • Monitoring and backups

Platform

on request

from 6 months

  • Multi-tenancy and billing
  • Microservice architecture
  • Real-time at thousands of connections
  • High availability and scaling
  • Full documentation
  • Dedicated team and SLA

Frequently asked questions

A website delivers information; an application does work. Applications have accounts, roles, mutable data, business logic and state. That means different architecture, far more testing and a different cost base: websites take weeks, applications take months.
